It needs to be communicated in a way that gets their attention. And it needs to be communicated often to keep your goals and their rewards potential top-of-mind!

There are options available for you, regardless of what type of program you are running. Each option features dynamic graphics centered around a particular program theme. Plus, we've included several examples of the types of messages you can convey to ensure your message is fresh, actionable and memorable!

Here, are the steps that need to be followed to download the creative templates:

Step 1: Decide on what kind of program you are developing, e.g., Sales Incentive, Top Performers, Team, Recognition, etc.

Step 2: Select a creative design from that program, e.g., Power Players, Aces

Step 3: Review program-specific generic or theme-inspired "sample" copy

Step 4: Download the appropriate program announcement, letterhead, follow-up letter or certificate by "left clicking" on appropriate link. The logos and mastheads must be saved to your computer first: "right click" on appropriate link and "save target as"...

Step 5: Write original or drop in "sample" copy, making changes appropriate to your specific company and save.

Step 6: Print copies for distribution, or email as required.
